I had a nice time during our family stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was crowded, but the food was replenished quickly. We met in a spacious room each evening after our activities, and I appreciated the housekeeping staff for accommodating my request for extra coffee.
The walls were thin. I could hear conversations in the hallway. On the first night, there was a strange smell that was noticeable.

I loved the comfy king bed in the spacious room and the hot breakfast with real bacon, which was such a treat! The hotel also had a nice indoor pool and a cozy leisure room to unwind in after a long day. Just a heads up, the walls were a bit thin, so you might hear some hallway chatter, but it didn’t ruin my stay! 😊

Ideal for families looking for a clean stay
The staff was really friendly and even changed our bed comforter right away when it had an off smell, now that’s service. Plus, the breakfast choices were great! We were happy to see real bacon on the table, made my mornings much better.
Not the cheapest option out there but still decent for the quality.

Rooms are generally nice, with a good selection of complimentary Dove toiletries in the shower. The continental breakfast offered a pleasant variety with warm items each morning. However, an unexpected fire alarm at 3 am disrupted my sleep, and the lack of communication about it was frustrating. Additionally, a previous room had an unpleasant odor, but the staff quickly resolved the situation by providing a room change.

The location close to NCSU made it easy for my trip. The lobby area looked inviting, bright, and easy to navigate. The staff greeted me warmly and were attentive throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was clean, and I appreciated having a mini fridge and microwave handy. However, I noticed the elevator access could use improvement, making it a bit tricky during peak times. The breakfast area tended to get crowded, but the staff kept everything stocked efficiently. I did find my room a little dim, especially the bathroom lighting. maybe they could update that. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for some minor improvements.
